A 1990s apartment waiting to be reborn and gain value. The bathroom was so small it felt like a storage closet.
The owner’s primary request was to create a pleasant bathroom for potential tenants, with careful attention to dimensions and finishes. We redesigned an old mezzanine with a modern staircase inspired by Northern Europe and utilized the spacious hallway to add functional furniture. The combination of light and intense shades created a mix that attracted a young couple.
